Our Team

Mike is a co-founder and principal of Keystone Golf Management LLC.

He is an experienced lawyer and has prepared, reviewed and negotiated numerous contracts.

Through his legal practice, Mike is highly knowledgeable concerning laws applicable to NIL agreements and other contracts relating to sponsorships, endorsements and other opportunities presented to KGM’s athletes.

Mike also is well versed concerning the NIL rules and regulations promulgated by the USGA and NCAA and can ensure that the NIL and other arrangements proposed to our clients are compliant with those rules and regulations.

Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College.

Mike resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a member of Longue Vue Club, which was a co-host for the 2021 United States Amateur.

Mike serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania Golf Association and the West Penn Golf Association, and he is a rules official at many golf tournaments, having received the USGA’s expert level certification for rules officials.

Mike channels his extensive legal background and commitment to excellence to empower KGM’s athletes to achieve their full potential.

Don Johnson, a co-founder of Keystone Golf Management has 46 years of industry experience.

Don is an experienced leader with a strong background in the transportation and trucking industry, specializing in operations management, business process improvement, and technology integration. He has managed large and small IT staff.

As the Principal of DGJ Consulting, he has worked with various technology companies for custom solutions for his clients. DGJ Consulting and SHJ International have partnered on many projects, developing custom software solutions, mobile applications, customer websites, email marketing campaigns, and clerical outsourcing.

He previously served as Sr. VP of Process & Technology at New Penn Motor Express.

Don’s experience helps our clients by focusing on the steps necessary to increase SEO on both website and social media platforms at a very low cost.

Don resides in Lebanon, PA, is an avid golfer and a member at Lebanon Country Club which has been the host of the PA Junior Girls Championship for many years.

He and his wife Denise spend their winters in Scottsdale, AZ and while there, Don plays on the Arizona Legends Amateur Tour.
