Mike is a co-founder and principal of Keystone Golf Management LLC.

He is an experienced lawyer and has prepared, reviewed and negotiated numerous contracts.

Through his legal practice, Mike is highly knowledgeable concerning laws applicable to NIL agreements and other contracts relating to sponsorships, endorsements and other opportunities presented to KGM’s athletes.

Mike also is well versed concerning the NIL rules and regulations promulgated by the USGA and NCAA and can ensure that the NIL and other arrangements proposed to our clients are compliant with those rules and regulations.

Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College.

Mike resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a member of Longue Vue Club, which was a co-host for the 2021 United States Amateur.

Mike serves on the boards of the Pennsylvania Golf Association and the West Penn Golf Association, and he is a rules official at many golf tournaments, having received the USGA’s expert level certification for rules officials.
